Parking
Car parking options at 14 Erson Avenue are limited. By following the guide below you will avoid disruptions to your meeting and/or your participants’ cars being towed:
Car parking areas available for your use:
• Along Erson Avenue
• A public car park opposite 26A Erson Avenue
• Limited car park spaces along driveway (nearest the ILS building)
During daytime business hours we ask that carparks immediately in front of the ILS building (nearest the entrance) be kept free for shop customers with restricted mobility. Thank you for your consideration with this.
If parking along Erson Avenue, check your vehicle is 1 metre from the kerb edge, or you too could find your car has been towed.
Please advise your guests of the best places to park in order to reduce disruptions to your meeting.
It’s Your Responsibility
Disarming the Conference Facilities alarm and setting it again after-hours is your responsibility. You will be responsible for any call out fees for security purposes or emergency evacuations. If for example you enter the building and have forgotten to bring the alarm code with you or you leave the oven or air conditioning on. Minimum fee: $80 excluding GST.
Tea & Coffee Making Facilities
Complimentary tea, coffee, milk & sugar are provided for your group’s meeting.
